Morro and Calvary - The Rock and the Cross
As the Rock dominates our community, the Cross dominates our
congregation's faith. As called people of God we at
Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church commit our lives to:
-Hear His Word and share in His Supper,
-Proclaim the Good News of God in Christ,
-Serve all people, following the example of Jesus,
-Strive for Justice and Peace in all the world.
We ask for God's power, presence and promise as we proceed in the mission he has given us. Therefore we go forth in the world empowered with His Spirit.
